How to register guests in your contacts list

If a participant answers a callout but is not a member, or has not logged-in to their account, you can still add information to your contacts list.

If you choose to collect guest contact information, fields to collect the participants’ name and email address will be automatically added to the end of the callout. You can also choose whether guests should be required to leave their information, or whether this is optional.

1. If a participant does not already exist as a contact, this information will be used to create a new contact in the contacts list

2. If the participant does already exist in the contacts list, their answer to the callout will be synced with their profile

3. NB: If you do not require contact information from guests, only fully completed entries will be used to create a new contact in the contacts list
