# Introduction By integrating with Mailchimp, you have the possibility to have all contacts in one place (in beabee) and at the same time use the newsletter function of Mailchimp with data from beabee. The data is synchronised in both directions. This means that all your Mailchimp contacts are also in your beabee database. In addition, you can use data generated in beabee, for example active membership, payment interval and amount or tags, in Mailchimp as well.
