How to create, edit and delete tags

Tags can be created or edited in the contact databse.

• Open the contact database by clicking on Contacts in the sidebar menu.

• Click on the tag button under the search field. Now the list of tags opens up. Click on Manage tags to create a tag or edit an existing one.

• Edit or delete a tag by clicking Edit or Delete right next to the tag you want to edit or delete. Please note: When you edit a tag that is used in the database, the tag will change for all the contacts tagged with it. When you delete a tag that is used in the databse, all contacts tagged with it will loose it.

• Click on Add tag to add a tag to the list.

• Give the tag a name and click on Add.

• Done! You can now use it to tag your contacts.
