How to make anonymous responses possible

If you have created a public callout, i.e. one that is freely accessible to everyone, you can also make completely anonymous responses possible. Guest participants are not asked for their contact details as a result.

To allow anonymous resonses, simply disable the toggle "Collect contact information"

Important: Logged-in active members must first log out of their account in order to participate anonymously. Otherwise their answers will be linked to their contact details.

Tip: Do you want to allow anonymous responses, but still ask people to freely provide a name or email address for follow-up reporting? Try adding a text field inside the callout to collect custom contact information.
