Cancellation Email
beabee automatically sends members a cancellation email as soon as they end their membership. In the cancellation email, you should thank them for their support and highlight what you have achieved together. It is also helpful to explain and link where they can log in to renew their membership in case they change their mind about cancelling.
To set up a cancellation email, go to Settings, select Emails, and click on the email template with the subject: Contribution Cancelled.
Here, enter the subject and message you want to use to say goodbye to your community member.
Done! Click Save, and now every member who cancels their contribution will be sent this farewell email.
Do you need a few tips on what to include in your cancellation email and how to phrase it? You can use the following template as an example or use it directly. Just adjust the name and subject as needed:
