# Größte Herausforderungen

Die größte Herausforderung für Tsüri.ch besteht derzeit darin, das Mitgliederprogramm auszubauen. Laut Simon Jacoby kam es während der Corona-Pandemie zu einem deutlichen Anstieg der Mitgliederzahlen – seither hat sich das Wachstum jedoch abgeflacht bzw. verläuft nur noch langsam.

Für Tsüri.ch ist der Ausbau der Mitgliedschaft ein langfristiges Ziel mit großem wirtschaftlichem Potenzial. Jacoby betont, dass die zusätzlichen Kosten für neue Mitglieder gering seien, dass jede neue Mitgliedschaft das finanzielle Risiko verringere und damit die Stabilität der Organisation stärke.
