Biggest Challenges

The biggest challenge is fundraising. Especially since the core funding from Luminate expired in 2023, fundraising has tied up enormous resources in the team. A membership campaign has been running since the end of 2023 to compensate for the loss of funding. The long-term goal is for Bristol Cable to be able to finance itself entirely from members' contributions.
