• Full name and address of the biller

• Full name and address of the recipient

• Consecutive invoice number

• Tax number of the biller

• Date of the invoice

• Type and scope of the service

• Time/Date of service

• Fee broken down according to tax rates with (net) invoice amount

• If applicable, reference to tax exemption
