User success - Update

Focus right now for beabee: Show that beabee (plus add-on trainings etc.) helps users to drive more community revenue and engagement.

Hypothesis to test

  • Engagement projects lead to donations/memberships

  • Newsrooms using beabee decrease their churn rate

  • Newsrooms using beabee spend less time on admin and gain that time to do more engaged journalism

Questions

  • At what stage is beabee actually the right tool - when do I need a CRM etc., central database vs. my "used to" package. How do we communicate the value.
