Exile Media

Currently we just have one user here. Idea to use this concept for fundraising. So far we have no clear successful use case.

Current focus and actions:

✏️ We haven't been able to find proof yet that exile media care about using independent tools. Security is often better to guarantee with bigger tools and there is a scepticism of open source in the market. We have set up Radio Sakharov and for now focus on helping them to be successful with beabee like others. We continue to talk about our work with them, e.g. at the Körber exile media conference in October.

Action 1: Work with Radio Sakharov in 2-week sprints on helping them to be successful and create a strong use case

• exile media need a secure community engagement tool to build relationships with a scattered community and keep in touch with people in the home country. (High engagement need because of the increasing physical/cultural distance)

• exile media can make money through a donation-based revenue model by building special products and relationships with exile community and host country community.
