  • Most users ask for Paypal payment, direct debit, bank transfer; conventional payment methods have to be included; easy to use and understand;

  • regular payments are of interest (e.g. abonnements). Additionally automatic processes in the background would be great, for example when a payment period / abonnement comes to an end, that there will be a reminder/automatic marketing mail etc.

  • one-time payments have to be possible, e.g. around christmas or in urgent need

  • What appears on the invoice/ in the bank statement of the members? Name of the newsroom. At least service in the same country.

  • no hassle when it comes to privacy police

  • double-opt-in often confuses when it appears to complex

  • How is it possible to conect users again instead of a calendar note or resubmission > automatisation would be great

  • Having the possibility to create campaigns according to the model of a crowdfunding/sprint

  • Nice to have but not essential: abonnement/memebership to give away as a gift for someone else

  • Group abonnements for employees, club members etc. => already existing in the BĂźrgerportal

  • Technical solution for the question how to distribute the money internally to prevent conflicts and disagreement (esp. if there are many people and opinions) => maybe internal voting and/or comment section? Internal area where transparency can be assured and documents (e.g. financial report) can be uploaded
