Sample Questions for Your Feedback Survey
Below you will find the exact structure, tips on what to look out for, and all possible questions and answers to help you create your user survey.
Important: This template with questions and answers is intended to help you select the ones that are right for you and adapt them to your needs and requirements. Try not to overload your questionnaire and limit yourself to a maximum of 10 questions. Instead, conduct several surveys at different times to gain a deeper and more detailed insight into your users' needs.
At the end of the template, you will find 'Questions for (non-friends) members'. Each heading explains what the question is about. The questions are still part of the questionnaire and are relevant to your survey. They are placed at the end solely because of their thematic focus.
Headline
The headline or title of your survey should be inviting, make your users curious, and encourage them to participate in the survey.
Example
We need your feedback: Help us improve our offering!
Introduction
In the introduction, you explain what your survey is about, i.e., what you want to know and how users can help you.
It is important to keep it as short as possible so as not to deter participants.
Example:
“Hello,
we need your help! We would like to improve our offerings and need your feedback to do so. This will help us better understand what you value about us, but more importantly, what we can improve.
So please take five minutes to answer a few questions. Your input is important for the further development of XX (insert name of editorial team).
