# Enable emails for credit card payments

Unlike direct debit payments, it is not legally required to send your members an automatic email for credit card payments. However, if you still want to do so, you can enable these emails as follows:

1. Log in to your Stripe account. Go to *Settings*, and under *Business*, click *Customer emails*.

2. Turn on the toggle for *successful payments* and leave the other settings as they are. Done!
