# Check whether the Mailchimp integration was successful
You can easily verify that your Mailchimp integration has been set up successfully. You can also manually refresh your data synchronization at any time.

Go to the *Settings* of your beabee instance and open the *Integrations* tab. Here, you can check the status of your Mailchimp integration. If the integration was successful, you will see a green status indicator showing *Connection active*. If the status indicator is red and displays *Connection interrupted*, an error has occurred with the integration. You can also refresh the synchronization at any time, for example if you've added a new newsletter group in Mailchimp. Simply click *Refresh*. Once the synchronization is complete, your newly added data will also be available in your beabee instance.
