# How to make your CrowdNewsroom look good on Social Media

If you share a CrowdNewsroom URL via social media, the respective platform uses the CrowdNewsroom title and the CrowdNewsroom description in the so-called social cards. Sometimes, however, it can make sense to adapt the title and description for social media. Proceed as follows:

1. Go to the *Title and Image* section of your CrowdNewsroom. Scroll down all the way to *Sharing options*
2. Activate the Toggle next to *Use custom title and description for sharing?* Then you can formulate the alternative title and description. (Watch out for the character limit)

![](/files/7t6Fc1CET8HQLIMs3wxu)

3. This has no influence on the actual title and description. The CrowdNewsroom itself stays the way it is.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://wiki.beabee.io/help-center-english/engagement/crowdnewsroom/how-to-create-a-crowdnewsroom/url-and-sharing/how-to-make-your-crowdnewsroom-look-good-on-social-media.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
