Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://wiki.beabee.io/help-center-english/engagement/crowdnewsroom/how-to-create-a-crowdnewsroom/response-settings/allowing-multiple-responses.md).

# Allowing multiple responses

It is possible to allow your participants to submit multiple answers, or edit their answers after submission. You find these settings at the bottom of the *settings* window.

1. *Single response*, non-editable means that only one response is allowed per participant
2. *Single response, but editable* means that participants' responses will be overwritten if they submit multiple answers. The most recent response will be recorded in the Response List and in the contact profile.
3. *Multiple responses, non-editable* means that participants can submit as many responses as they wish, and all will be recorded in the Response List and the contact profile.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://wiki.beabee.io/help-center-english/engagement/crowdnewsroom/how-to-create-a-crowdnewsroom/response-settings/allowing-multiple-responses.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
