# CrowdNewsroom content

The first step is to create the actual content of your CrowdNewsroom. That is basically the questions you want to ask the participants. Ideally, you have already prepared your questions.

1. First formulate the introduction. You should explain what the CrowdNewsroom is about, what your goal is and what you need the answers for. The rule is: as short as possible and as detailed as necessary. The introduction is displayed directly above the questions. Important: The introduction is not displayed in the case of embeds on your website.
2. Now create your questionnaire by dragging and dropping components from the list on the right. The different components are explained here: [These question types are available.](/help-center-english/engagement/crowdnewsroom/how-to-create-a-crowdnewsroom/crowdnewsroom-content/these-question-types-exist.md)
3. If you add a component, a window for the settings opens automatically. There you not only formulate your questions, but can also make various settings.

4. In the *Display* tab, you have to formulate the question or task (*Label*), you can add a short explanation (*Description*) and also use a *Placeholder* for text fields.

5. For questions with several answer options such as *Select Boxes*, *Dropdown* or *Radio*, you still have to formulate the answer options. To do this, click on the *Data* tab.

6. Under *Label* you can add as many answer options as you like by clicking on *Add Another*. With the three-striped button on the left side you can change the order by drag & drop.

7. Once you are finished with the wording and settings, click on *Save*. Create your CrowdNewsroom little by little like this.

8. To change the settings of individual questions, delete questions, adjust the order or copy questions, move the mouse pointer over the corresponding question. How to copy and paste CrowdNewsroom components is explained here: [How to copy CrowdNewsroom components.](/help-center-english/engagement/crowdnewsroom/how-to-create-a-crowdnewsroom/crowdnewsroom-content/how-to-copy-crowdnewsroom-components.md)

Once you have finished creating the CrowdNewsroom content, move on to the next step, [*Title and Image.*](/help-center-english/engagement/crowdnewsroom/how-to-create-a-crowdnewsroom/title-and-image.md)
