Tags can be useful for categorizing the responses in your CrowdNewsroom.
Go to the See All Responses section in your CrowdNewsroom. Next to each response, you’ll see a checkbox. Select the checkbox for each response you want to assign the same tag to.
Then click on the tag icon above your responses and select the tag you want to apply to the selected responses.
Done! All the responses you selected are now tagged accordingly. You can also assign multiple tags to a single response.
To view only the responses that have a specific tag, click on the Tagged with box.
Select the corresponding tag, and all responses associated with it will be displayed.
