# How to download responses

1. To do this, go to the *See All Responses* section of your CrowdNewsroom. You can select the responses you want to download by checking the boxes to the left of each response, or download entire folders if you don’t select any individual responses. Then click the download icon above the responses.

{% hint style="info" %}
Tip: If you want to download your responses for further analysis and have pre-sorted them, make sure to download only the *Verified* folder.
{% endhint %}

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://wiki.beabee.io/help-center-english/engagement/crowdnewsroom/how-to-analyze-crowdnewsroom-responses/how-to-download-responses.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
