# Erfolgsfaktoren

Der wichtigste Grund, warum Magločistač so gut läuft, ist die persönliche Motivation, trotz aller Herausforderungen weiterzumachen, oder wie Dmitrović es sagt: „Unsere eigenen Werte als Menschen sind der einzige Grund, warum wir noch da sind.“

Als unabhängiges Medium in Serbien ist es zwar finanziell nicht einfach, sich über Wasser zu halten, aber dafür kann man Geschichten veröffentlichen, die wirklich was bewegen, politische Entscheidungen und Gesetze verändern und das Leben der Leute vor Ort verbessern.

Auch wenn es nicht viele Angebote dieser Art gibt, bekommt Magločistač Unterstützung, vor allem rechtliche Beratung, von der Unabhängigen Journalistenvereinigung der Vojvodina (NDN), einer regionalen NGO, in der unabhängige Medienorganisationen vernetzt sind.
