Er verfügt über viel journalistische Erfahrung und hat sich einiges an Wissen über journalistische Geschäftsmodelle angeeignet. Außerdem ist er in der journalistischen Entrepreneur-Szene in Europa gut vernetzt und tauscht sich regelmäßig mit anderen Gründern aus. Er bildete sich außerdem durch die Teilnahme am Entrepreneurial Journalism Creators Program an der City University of New York und einem Online-Kurs für Produktmanagement an der CUNY weiter. Enășescu ist zudem in seiner Heimatstadt tief verwurzelt, hat dort eine Familie gegründet und sich aktiv dafür entschieden, mit Iașul Nostru einen Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualität in in seiner Community zu leisten. Darüber hinaus war die Anschubfinanzierung durch Substack für die Gründung von entscheidender Bedeutung.
