# Feedback Surveys

Asking users for feedback on a regular basis is the foundation of community-centered media. Many media outlets that work closely with their community have constant feedback loops, whether it's for completed projects or simply through regular exchanges.

Conducting an annual feedback survey is a kind of 'minimum standard', but it's also worthwhile if you're already in constant communication with your community.

Often conducted at the end of the year, these surveys focus primarily on general satisfaction with the work and usage behavior of the services and products.

In this method guide, we provide general tips for conducting an (annual) feedback survey and collect lots of sample questions that you can use to put together your own version.
