# E-Mail-Domain ändern

In der Grundeinstellung sendet Stripe automatische E-Mails bei Lastschriften von der Domain „stripe.com”. Wir empfehlen dir aber, deine eigene Domain für das Versenden der automatischen E-Mails zu verwerden. 

Gehe dafür wie folgt vor: <br>

1. Logge dich in deinen Stripe-Account ein. Klicke auf den Reiter *Einstellungen* und dann auf den Punkt *Unternehmen*, hier wählst du *Kunden-E-Mails* an.

2\. Scrolle runter zum Punkt *Ihre nutzerdefinierten E-Mail-Domains* und klicke auf *Domain hinzufügen*.&#x20;

3\. Gib die Domain deiner Website ein und klicke auf *Connect*.

4\. Installiere alle angezeigten DNS-Records bei deim Domain-Provider (falls du nicht weiß wie das geht, schaue im [Stripe-Hilfecenter](https://stripe.com/docs/email-domain#verifying_domain) nach) und klicke auf *Jetzt verifizieren* und folge den Anweisungen von Stripe.&#x20;

5\. Laut Stripe kann es bis zu 72 Stunden dauern, bis die Änderungen wirksam werden. War die Verifizierung erfolgreich, bekommst du eine Nachricht von Stripe. Du kannst die Domain anschließend im gleichen Menü zum Senden der automatischen E-Mails auswählen.
